In case that you don't like the product you bought we make it available for you to return it to us in a saleable condition within 14 days of the date of dispatch.
Please ensure that lingerie and swimwear items are tried on over your own underwear. In the interest of hygiene, please do not remove the seal. If this is the case then we can reasonably decline your refund.
When returning items to us, please place your returned goods in their original packaging and do not remove any labels or tags.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES FEES
If you would like to return or exchange an item please send us an email on firstname.lastname@example.org or call our infoline advising us of your order number (found in Order History in ‘My Account’), along with the name/product code of the item affected and the details of the problem, so that we may investigate this for you.
Then we will inform you about further proceedings within 24 hours.
If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 21 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period.
Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full. However, we do not cover the costs of redispatch.
In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if you are unable to provide the certificate of posting.
Unless the paragraph below applies, there is no additional, administrative fee that applies to exchange process! However, we do not cover the costs of redispatch.
If you would like to exchange an item, we will do it within 14 days of the day that you declare it. Please note, this is provided that the product returned is received back to us within the 14 day returns period.
Please note that we are entitled to recover any direct postage costs.
References in this Returns Policy to: "Products" are to products listed on our website www.boom-wear.co.uk ("Website"); and "Contract" are to the contract between you and us in respect of the sale of Products via our Website. Each time you make a purchase of Product(s) via our Website, you enter into a Contract with us. If you buy a number of Products in one order to be delivered to the same address, the Contract shall cover all the Products in that order. If you order Products to be delivered to different delivery addresses, there shall be a separate Contract in place in respect of each delivery address.
